In the event of cancellation of travel arrangements due to any reasons – we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the time/date we receive your intimation in writing. Cancellation fees as below apply to the Holiday packages, car rental, Activities /or services.

FOR CAR RENTAL

•  Free cancellation until 48 hours before scheduled pick time for Airport pickup / drop and full day tour.
• Free cancellation until 72 hours before scheduled pick time for booking for more then 1-day itinerary or multicity

Cancellation would be 100% of the original price, if ride is cancelled within 72 hrs / 48 hrs of scheduled pick time or in case of no show.

FOR ACTIVITIES

• If cancellations are made 15 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of total cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellations are made within 7-15 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of total cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellations are made within 0-7 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of total cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

FOR HOLIDAYS LAND PACKAGE

For any train or flights tickets, Theme Parks Tickets involved, the refund will be applicable as per the advised cancellation policy at the time of booking.

In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However, a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.

Cancellations are strictly subjected to cancellation policies mentioned and are irrespective of the date of booking.
